In addition to all of the networking that you are doing, there are many job boards and hiring fairs (both in person and virtual) that are available to help members of the military community find the jobs that are the best fit for them. These job fairs and hiring events area available on a national and local basis, and some even focus on specific job areas of interest (e.g., healthcare, cyber/IT, law enforcement).
