VETERANS & MILITARY SPOUSES

1.  Connect with Soldiers by offering them a guaranteed job interview upon their completion of military service by partnering with the U.S. Army Partnership for Your Success program.

2.  Partner with the U.S. Army as a Career Skills Program provider to gain access to military talent during their last 180 days in service.

3.  Become an Approved Army Credentialing Assistance Program Vendor

4.  Check out the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employer Guide to Hiring Veterans and consider their HIRE Vets Medallion Program.

5.  Post your employment opportunities where Soldiers can see them on the National Labor Exchange and leverage your state workforce agencies.

6.  Connect with the U.S. Army Reserve talent near your organization via the Army Reserve's Private Public Partnership Office.

7.  Leverage the National Guard talent near your organization by contacting the Career Readiness Counselors for Citizen Solider for Life nearest you to have them share your open positions.  

8.  Join the U.S. Department of Defense Military Spouse Employment Partnership and commit to recruit, hire, promote, and retain military spouses.
