Another way to further your education is through career training, including internships, fellowships, apprenticeships, and other on-the-job training. These programs are available for transitioning Soldiers, veterans, military spouses, and even military caregivers.

ARMY CSP &

DOD SKILLBRIDGE

Soldiers, two great places to start while you are still in the Army are the DoD SkillBridge Program and the Army Career Skills Program, which help connect transitioning service members to career job training opportunities during their last 180 days of service. And don’t wait until the last minute to make your plans – you should start researching your options at least 12 to 18 months before your transition date.
