New TRICARE West Region contract

Jan. 1, 2025 marked the start of health care delivery under TRICARE’s new regional contracts. While there will still be two TRICARE regions, six states that used to be in the East Region (Arkansas, Illinois,Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Wisconsin) have moved to the West Region.
