The Performance Triad is Army Medicine's comprehensive plan to improve readiness and increase resilience through public health initiatives and leadership engagement. It is a proactive system for health where individuals are empowered to practice habits enhance health and wellness and, in some cases, manage diseases by correcting health habits. The Performance Triad concentrates on three pillars of health: activity, sleep and nutrition. The program establishes the framework for a healthy lifestyle, promoting readiness and long-term health benefits.
